FDC is actively enrolling qualifying members from the sub-Saharan market, educating the public, developing regulation and liaising with government authority for the legitimization of the involvement of the Kenyan retail market in the international financial markets.

FDC is currently holding discussions with large and small businesses involved in transacting with the public in relation to the international financial markets.

FDC consults widely with local intermediaries of the international financial markets with a view to develop a self-regulatory regime.

FDC corresponds with government authorities with a view of receiving their contribution towards making the regulation of the local intermediary market.

FDC runs several public education seminars to enable the public better understand the international financial markets and how to deal with local intermediaries.
